- Relationship concerns and answers you choose to submit

- Uploaded palm images and thumbnails included in saved palm reports

2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide astrological readings and services
- Maintain conversation memory across sessions
- Respond to the questions and requests you submit
- Personalize user experience
- Ensure platform security

3. Data Storage and Security
3.1. Storage
- Signed-in profiles, saved readings, workbooks and chats are stored to provide continuity
- Guest private-reflection answers remain on the open page and are not submitted
- A saved palm report may include a smaller copy of the uploaded image
3.2. Security Measures
- Access controls protect signed-in information
- The service uses HTTPS for data in transit
- You can export or delete retained account data from Account → Privacy
4. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Hosting and AI processing providers when needed for the feature you request
- Dodo Payments when you choose a paid membership
- Legal authorities when required by law
- A partner or family contributor only through the explicit sharing steps in the relevant relationship flow
5. Your Choices
You can:
- Export retained account data from Account → Privacy
- Update profile details from your account
- Delete your account and associated retained data
- Withdraw optional analytics consent from account settings
- Choose whether to share eligible relationship answers; private workbook answers are not automatically copied into chat
How to Use These Controls
Use Account → Privacy, or contact [email protected] if you cannot access your account. Deletion cannot recall information another participant has already seen or copied.
6. Data Retention
- Chat messages, relationship assessment sessions and saved premarital workbooks have 30-day expiry in the application; the cleanup job removes expired records
- Saved reading history and profile information remain available while the account is active, subject to product limits and deletion controls
- Exporting does not extend a record's retention period
- Deleting the account removes retained account data through the account deletion flow; copies already shared outside the service cannot be recalled
7. Children's Privacy
This Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. International Data Transfers
Hosting, AI and payment providers may process information outside your country. Contact [email protected] if you need details about a specific feature.
9. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for:
- Session management
- Preference storage
- Analytics
Limited product analytics starts only after account consent. The same Account → Privacy setting controls saved activity and new analytics events. Browser storage is also used for session and interface preferences.
