RFC 9727 Automated API Discovery

Vedastro implements RFC 9727 (api-catalog) for autonomous AI agents and automated discovery tools. The machine-readable catalog is published at:

GET /.well-known/api-catalog
Accept: application/linkset+json

The catalog uses the IETF Linkset format (RFC 9264) providing link relations for service-desc (OpenAPI definitions), service-doc (human & agent documentation), and status (service health).
